Have you ever heard of the saying, “Silence is Golden?” Silence is powerful. True silence involves no distractions in your surroundings or in your head. It can take a great deal of practice, but the rewards are amazing!
Silence is great to practice before astral projection. Whether you are still learning to achieve astral projection, or you have been practicing for years, practicing silence can help you not only achieve astral projection, but it can enhance your experience.
You can practice silence anywhere and at anytime. If you are too tired or you don’t have enough time for astral projection, you can practice the art of silence instead. It is a great exercise that will help you clear your mind of all thoughts and emotions. This will better prepare you for astral projection.
Personally, I enjoy practicing silence because it allows me to relax and “escape” from the everyday occurrences in my life. For people who are new to astral projection, I often suggest they try this exercise first before they do energy work because you must be relaxed and free of distractions when you prepare yourself for astral projection.
If you are new to practicing silence, I suggest you do so in a quiet place. Eventually you will be able to be in a busy and hectic place and practice silence, which can be very beneficial. Set aside time during your day where you can practice silence. It can be right before an astral projection session or any other time.
Focus on doing a whole body relaxation exercise. Then, focus on quieting your thoughts and emotions. You want to practice in complete silence with no thoughts or distractions. Being silent shows that you have incredible amounts of self-control. It shows the universe that you are serious about wanting to experience astral projection.
You are a very powerful individual, capable of accomplishing great things. Practicing silence will help you calm your mind, body, and spirit and will better enable you to explore the astral plane.
